Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Client

1.1. Workshops & Events (Non-Retreats)

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date: Full refund minus any transaction fees.

  • Cancellations made 14-29 days before the event date: 50% refund or the option to apply the amount as credit for a future event.

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date: No refund.

1.2. Retreats & Multi-Day Events

  • Cancellations made 60 days or more before the event start date: Full refund minus a non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations made 30-59 days before the event start date: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event start date: No refund.

1.3. No-Shows

  • If the client does not attend the booked event, no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

2. Cancellation by Diallo consulting

2.1. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances (such as force majeure, illness, or low attendance):

  • The client will be given the option of a full refund or credit towards a future event.

  • We are not responsible for additional costs incurred by the client (e.g., travel or accommodation expenses).

3. Changes & Rescheduling

3.1. If the client requests to reschedule a private event, they must notify us at least 21 days in advance. Approval is subject to availability.

3.2. We reserve the right to modify event details (such as location, speaker lineup, or schedule). Clients will be notified in advance of any significant changes.
